Penetration Tester

We are seeking a skilled Penetration Tester to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Bhubneshwar. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough vulnerability assessments and penetration testing engagements for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex penetration testing and red teaming engagements for multiple clients across various industries.
• Manage teams, communicate with stakeholders, and lead projects while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Implement Vulnerability Lifecycle management processes to ensure seamless risk mitigation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Kali Linux tools, NMAP, Wireshark, Gobuster, Burpsuite, OWASP Top 10, NIST framework, Secure SDLC development methodologies, Windows and Linux internals, and scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript.
• Develop expertise in networking, firewalls, incident response, and audit compliance, including ISO 27001, SOC2, and other cybersecurity-related audits.
• Maintain exceptional communication and writing skills to effectively convey technical findings and recommendations.
• Demonstrate conflict management and people management capabilities to lead high-performing teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in pen testing, red teaming, team management, project management, and client communication.
• Proven track record of managing multiple clients, delivering projects on time, and meeting tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Kali Linux, NMAP, Wireshark, Gobuster, Burpsuite, and other open-source tools.
• Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10, NIST framework, Secure SDLC development methodologies, Windows and Linux internals, and scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
