Interior Design Professional

We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating innovative and functional spaces across high-end residential and commercial sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture with 3-4 years of experience in interior design. They should be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.

  • Conceptual Design & Spatial Planning: Develop innovative interior concepts and layouts aligned with client vision and functional needs.
  • AutoCAD Drafting & Technical Drawings: Prepare accurate 2D plans working drawings construction details and technical documentation.
  • Design Detailing & Material Selection: Specify finishes furniture systems lighting and materials suited for luxury interiors.
  • Décor & Styling: Curate final styling elements including soft furnishings accessories and artwork to enhance the design narrative.
  • Project Supervision & Coordination: Liaise with vendors contractors and consultants to ensure quality execution and timely project delivery.
  • Client Interaction: Present design ideas collect feedback and modify plans accordingly Act as a key point of contact during all project phases.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
  • 3–4 years of professional experience in interior design with architectural understanding
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp Photoshop is a plus
  • Strong command of MS Office Google Sheets and Google Docs
  • Thorough understanding of design documentation building systems and detailing
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and collaborate across disciplines
  • Strong aesthetic sense attention to detail and time management skills
