Job Title: Interior Site Engineer

  • Oversee and execute interior works for high-end construction projects.
  • Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Monitor and ensure high-quality execution of civil works such as RCC, finishing, masonry, waterproofing, and structural elements.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality developments, with a strong focus on quality, precision, and adherence to timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain site records including work progress reports, material consumption, and quality inspections.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure proper implementation of high-end finishes and luxury standards in civil construction.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and ensure milestones are achieved within cost and time constraints.

Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and site protocols. Identify and resolve technical issues on-site proactively.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil).
  • 5 years of relevant experience in Interior execution, preferably for luxury/high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Interior construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
