Job Title: Conversational AI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent conversational agents using Google Cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement conversational workflows using Dialogflow CX.
  • Develop and deploy backend services using Python (Flask, Pandas, Containers).
  • Build and manage applications using GCP services like Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Scheduler.
  • Integrate conversational agents with external systems and APIs.
  • Implement and manage data pipelines using BigQuery.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment.
  • Apply prompting techniques for NLP and AI-driven conversations.
  • Follow software design patterns to write scalable and maintainable code.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Scheduler.
  • Python skills, including Flask, Pandas, Containers, Intermediate-level coding.
  • Dialogflow CX configuration and conversation design.
  • Good understanding of machine learning concepts, BigQuery for data analysis, CI/CD tools and workflows, prompting techniques for conversational models, and design patterns for backend and AI applications.
