Senior CRE Business Lead

The role involves leading a team of professionals in delivering end-to-end lending life cycle activities for commercial real estate products.

You will work closely with senior leadership to manage client deliverables, expand offerings through various value propositions, and ensure delivery teams adhere to agreed client service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help grow the commercial real estate business
  • Ensure adherence to client service level agreements and policies
  • Work across functions and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
  • Identify ways to improve efficiency and process
  • Mentor junior team members and review their deliverables
  • Escalate risks and mitigants on time
  • Partner with technology solutions teams to identify and provide client-appropriate technology-driven offerings

Required Skills:

  • Deep understanding of commercial real estate lending products and platforms
  • Knowledge of the U.S. commercial real estate industry across all property types
  • Knowledge of property operating statements and rent roll analysis
  • Experience in analyzing commercial properties by analyzing financial, leases, and rent roll
  • Understanding of mortgage documents, origination procedures, and monitoring
  • Deep understanding of recourse loans including guarantor analysis
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, logical, and analytical skills

Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Minimum 5 years of team management experience, including clients.
