We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Jr. Influencer Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Jr. Influencer Manager, you will work closely with influencers, content creators, and social media platforms to execute successful campaigns and maximize our client brand&aposs exposure.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard relevant influencers: Research, identify, and establish relationships with influencers and content creators who align with our brand values, target audience, and marketing objectives.
  • Campaign strategy and planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop influencer marketing strategies and campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
  • Negotiate partnerships and contracts: Negotiate and manage contracts, rates, and deliverables with influencers to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.
  • Campaign execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including briefing influencers on campaign objectives, guidelines, and content requirements.
  • Content collaboration: Work closely with influencers to co-create engaging and authentic content that resonates with our target audience and showcases our clients brand in a positive light.
  • Relationship management: Foster strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors, providing support, guidance, and ensuring alignment with brand values.
  • Performance tracking and reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of influencer marketing efforts. Adjust strategies as needed based on data insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in influencer marketing to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven work experience in Influencer management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective influencer ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to come up with innovative ideas for influencer collaborations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying abreast of the latest industry trends.
