Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Security Operations Manager to oversee the management of our security environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with stakeholders, understanding current pain areas, and efficiently managing our security tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support end-to-end managed operations engagement for our organization
  • Coordinate with customers for any requirements and dependencies
  • Review all daily deliverables, reports before they are submitted to customers
  • Provide guidance to project teams; Provide regular progress reports and participate in management reviews
  • Organize project progress meetings as per required frequency
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong PAM technology landscape understanding
  • Leadership experience for governance, dashboard-based reporting, and solutions
  • Good understanding of PAM tools and architecture
  • Delivery excellence – automation, continuous improvement, value-added initiatives, and internal compliances
  • Operational excellence – build teams and manage people parameters like utilization, attrition, hygiene, and internal compliances
  • Customer management – establish relationships at multiple levels in customer organizations
