Organic Growth Strategist Role

We are expanding our team and looking for a creative strategist who has mastered the art of organic brand-building and personal branding for founders.

  • Plan, craft, and execute social media/content strategies for growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Develop a content calendar aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Create or coordinate high-quality multimedia content - short-form videos, reels, carousels, customer highlights, newsletters, infographics, etc.
  • Elevate founder personal branding by turning stories into impactful campaigns.
  • Spot trends before they explode and adapt them into brand narratives.
  • Build communities, spark conversations, and grow audiences organically.
  • Manage affiliate programs and maintain platform hygiene.
  • Track engagement metrics, optimize strategies for reach and relevance, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Key Qualifications
  • 4+ years of agency experience (agency background is essential).
  • Proven track record of delivering organic growth for brands & personal brands.
  • Deep knowledge of algorithms, trends, and engagement tactics.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and team management skills.
  • Strong client management experience and independent work ethic.
  • Hands-on experience with B2B & D2C growth.
  • AI-native mindset and proficiency in prompt engineering.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments where creativity meets strategy.
