Job Title:

Electrical Design Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the electrical design of various types of transformers.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Project Management, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and R&D teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept to delivery.
  • Mentorship and knowledge sharing within the design team, leading a high-performing technical team.
  • Conduct design calculations, VLN, Andreson, stress analysis, thermal analysis, and other relevant simulations to validate designs and predict performance.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering from a recognized university.
  2. 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in heavy electrical products such as Transformers/Switchgears.
  3. Demonstrable experience in handling the engineering function of pad-mounted transformers is essential.
  4. Strong understanding of transformer theory, principles of operation, and construction.
  5. Familiarity with various transformer types transmission and distribution products and their applications.
