We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to provide compliance, reporting, and administrative support for U.S. federal government contracts.
The role will involve working closely with a U.S.-based team to ensure adherence to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and related requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Review & Compliance:
- Assist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments.
- Identify and summarize applicable FAR/DFARS clauses and compliance obligations.
- Support subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP reporting).
- Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.
Audit & Monitoring Support:
- Assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA).
- Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance.
Proposal & Pre-Award Support:
- Review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clauses.
- Prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk.
- Knowledge/Skills:
- Good understanding of FAR, DFARS, and U.S. federal contracting principles.
- Familiarity with compliance areas (EEO, Service Contract Act, export controls, cybersecurity requirements).
- Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Prior experience supporting U.S. federal contracts in an offshore/outsourcing environment.
