Automated Testing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our software applications.
Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable automated test suites using modern frameworks such as Playwright or equivalent tools. You will also work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and alignment with business requirements.
Additionally, you will be responsible for building reusable test frameworks for UI, API, and end-to-end testing, integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable deployments, and identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using tools like JIRA.
As a seasoned automation engineer, you will have a solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and be comfortable working in fast-paced iterative environments. Your excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills will enable you to drive resolution and deliver high-quality results.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, including experience writing test scripts for browser automation.
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and experience using tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar for API testing.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative workflows.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
- Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and comfort working in fast-paced iterative environments.
