About Our Team

We're seeking a skilled Production Control Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: This role ensures accurate tracking of raw materials, assembly materials, and finished goods, minimizing discrepancies and maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Safety and Efficiency: The successful candidate will implement and maintain the 5S principles throughout production areas, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Data Analysis: This role involves interpreting data from SAP WMS and MES to ensure consumption posting and outputs align with the Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Operational Excellence: As a key member of our production team, you'll drive sustainable growth, improve operational efficiency, and meet customer demands.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Reconciliation of Raw Materials, Assembly Materials, and Finished Goods: Ensure zero discrepancies in stock and consumption posting occur as per the BOM.
  • Cycle Counting and Stock Adjustment: Perform regular cycle counting and adjust stock through approved processes.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies using Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) for sustained improvement.
