Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for our ranking, interview analytics, and payouts systems.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and quasi-experiments; translate results into actionable product decisions within a week.
  • Create centralized dashboards and data models to enable teams to self-serve answers.
  • Collaborate with engineers to instrument events; enhance data quality and latency from ingestion to insight.
  • Develop quick predictive models (from baselines to gradient boosting) to improve matching and scoring.
  • Evaluate LLM-powered agents: design evaluation rubrics, human-in-the-loop studies, and guardrail canaries.
Requirements:
  • 0–2 years of experience in data science/analytics or related fields; BS/BA in a quantitative discipline (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency in SQL; Python for analysis; comfort with experiment design and causal reasoning.
  • Effective communication with engineers, product managers, and leadership; turning analysis into tangible action.
