Senior Construction Manager

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced construction professional to lead our building projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing construction sites.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage construction sites to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Prepare cost estimates and schedules for projects.
- Provide technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment as required.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best contracts.
- Authorize technical drawings and engineering plans.
- Draw up work schedules and communicate adjustments to crew members and clients.
- Gather data, compile reports, and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
- Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
- Complete quality assurance and provide feedback to the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience in commercial interiors and exterior construction.
- Valid driver's license.
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly valued.
- Certificates or licenses may be required.
- Excellent knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design principles.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
