Project Manager Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of project completion, ensuring timely execution by communicating with necessary parties.

  • Create clear and detailed architectural designs using AutoCAD software.
  • Utilize engineering, math, science, and materials expertise to craft an ideal finished product.
  • Evaluate construction sites to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.
  • Oversight and recommendations throughout the entire construction process.
  • Collaborate with various teams to establish goals, schedules, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and timelines.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Maintain open communication channels with project team members, clients, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of experience as a senior architect or project manager.
  • Languages: English (Mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other construction management software.
  • Experience in residential projects is a plus.
