Lead Clinical Psychologist Job Description

As a Lead Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical psychology services at our organization. This includes developing treatment plans, supervising junior staff, and ensuring high standards of care are met.

To achieve this goal, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's (M.Phil) / Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent and registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) as a Clinical Psychologist with 8+ years of experience and at least 4 years in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily IPD sessions
  • Keep residents engaged through activities
  • Conduct OPD sessions at Sukoon Health
  • Maintain the highest standards of clinical care
  • Develop and implement effective team supervision strategies
  • Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
  • Conduct psychological assessments and execute clinical programs as directed by senior management
  • Assist in PR activities through workshops and CMEs
