Job Description

As a key member of our team at Axtria - Ingenious Insights, the Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end business development from sales to deal closure with close connections and meetings with clients based in Europe, India, and outside-US geographies.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with EU/India partners to drive sales and business development processes
  • Establish relationships and work in client-facing roles with Pharma leaders of Global Capability Centres to win business
  • Participate in strategic large deals teams involved in multi-million, multi-tower deals across the Life Science/Pharma domain
  • Prepare RFx response proposals with a focus on the Pharma domain and technology experience
  • Take complete ownership of bids throughout different stages of RFx starting from Deal Evaluation, Story Boarding, solution articulation, proposal summary & writing, till the final submission to the client
  • Run and present bid defence/client meetings as part of sales processes
  • Closure of deals with continuous connections and negotiations with clients' stakeholders
  • Initiation of SOW as part of the deal closure process
  • Responsible for Account-specific Collateral Preparation: Capability articulation, Client-specific collaterals & value packs,
    Presentation of Success stories and Case Studies etc. to clients to showcase Axtria's value proposition
    Pursuit of Reporting/Analytics: Opportunity Tracking, Funnel Analysis, etc.
    Clear and Timely communication across Onshore, Offshore, Horizontals, Verticals to ensure everyone is on the same page on deliveries
    Strong experience in creating estimation of project/program
  • Candidate should be travel-ready for Europe and India-based deals based on requirements of bid defence/deal discussion/closure etc.
