We are seeking a professional to drive business development and strategic partnerships across India, UAE, and Hong Kong.
This role involves expanding our network of schools and universities, developing collaborations with education service providers, and increasing brand presence. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly communicative, and focused on increasing revenue streams through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development & Partnerships:
- Identify and develop relationships with schools, universities, and education service providers.
- Build and execute strategic collaborations with international schools, test prep providers, and university admissions teams.
- Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and networking events.
- Develop outreach strategies to engage with key decision-makers in the education sector.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to discuss university options and finalizing university lists, academic pathways, and career goals.
- Assist students with applications, including essays, personal statements, and supplemental documents.
- Provide guidance on standardized tests and advise on scholarship and financial aid options.
- Establish an active school network by initiating partnerships for webinars, consultations, and workshops.
- Organize and execute on-campus and virtual events to engage students, parents, and educators.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in different regions.
- Initiate phone and video calls with prospective clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to convert partnerships into revenue-generating opportunities.
- Ensure a high-quality experience for students, parents, and partners.
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and collaboration with new partners.
- A bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
