Job Opportunity: Men's Apparel Designer

We are seeking a skilled and creative Apparel Designer to lead the end-to-end design process for our seasonal men's collections.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Apparel Designer to drive innovative designs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless execution from design concept to retail launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Seasonal Design Cycle: Develop trends, concepts, sketches, and tech-packs for men's collections.
  • Material Sourcing & Coordination: Select high-quality, cost-effective materials, collaborating with suppliers to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Sample Development & Fit Evaluation: Manage prototype creation and fittings, providing precise revisions and constructive feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sourcing, production, merchandising, and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Design Documentation: Maintain organized archives of mood boards, tech-packs, and digital assets for reference and future use.
  • Brand Alignment & Commercial Goals: Ensure all designs reflect brand identity, meet budget and timeline requirements, and align with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • Proven experience (6+ years) in men's apparel design, preferably in a retail or brand environment.
  • Strong skills in trend analysis, sketching, and creating detailed tech-packs.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools.
  • Solid understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
