About the Role
Our team seeks a professional to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This involves creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors across our properties in South and West India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests with a pleasant demeanor, and addressing their needs throughout their stay.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Communication: Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries, redirecting them to relevant departments when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Maintain organized files, records, and documents, updating them as needed, and create spreadsheets for reporting and operational purposes.
- Property Management Support:
- Conduct inventory checks and maintain records.
- Assist in procuring monthly supplies.
- Act as property in-charge during the absence of the property manager.
- Food and Beverage Assistance: Support the service of food and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Bookkeeping Assistance: Issue invoices, checks, and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Cross-Location Travel: Be willing to travel to other properties in South and West India when required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of industrial training or relevant experience in hospitality.
- Pleasant personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for traveling across South and West India.
