Marketing Communications Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our marketing communications efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, corporate communications, branding, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic business development plans across India in coordination with senior management and sales heads.
  • Own the marketing, branding, and communications aspects of our business.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and coordinate brand promotion and lead generation activities with creative, digital marketing, and PR agencies.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate corporate and brand events and promotions.
  • Guide, supervise, and monitor the internal CRM and brand teams.
  • Initiate, plan, and monitor effective processes in marketing areas.
  • Prepare presentations to prospective customers.
  • Build and develop stakeholder relationships.
  • Oversight of experience centre optimization.
Requirements:
  • 10-16 years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, branding, digital marketing, brand promotion, brand events, and PR agencies.
  • MBA qualification is preferred.
  • Candidates from building material companies only.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A competitive role.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate will have excellent command over English, internal and external communication skills, be cool-tempered, and able to handle people effectively. They should also have outstanding negotiation and social skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
