We're seeking a skilled and motivated project leader to oversee IT and managed services projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT and managed services projects, ensuring strict adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Drive service delivery with a focus on governance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-priority issues, coordinating swift resolution with minimal impact to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain coverage rosters to ensure uninterrupted service availability.
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of root cause analysis documents, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
  • Effectively manage and refine the project backlog, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize work items aligned with business goals.
  • Anticipate risks proactively, establish mitigation strategies, and address issues before they escalate.
  • Maintain a consistent reporting cadence (weekly, monthly dashboards, progress updates) to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Document and track all activities with high attention to detail, including meeting minutes, decision logs, and follow-ups.
  • Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear, empathetic, and professional communication at all times.

The successful candidate will possess a solid foundation in project management concepts, including risk management, scope management, stakeholder management, change management, and decision logging. Proven experience delivering projects in a managed services environment, including SLA management and governance models, is essential. Expertise in Agile methodologies with hands-on delivery experience is also required.
