Senior Technical Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering leadership, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of software engineers in the development and operation of our real-time communication platform.

About the Role

  • You will lead cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and services, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers, helping them grow in their careers and contribute to the team's success.
  • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define product roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in software development and leadership roles.
  • Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Java, GoLang, or C/C++.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
