Healthcare Integration Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Healthcare Integration Expert.

This role requires strong expertise in HL7 standards and practical experience working with leading interface engines such as Corepoint, Rhapsody, or Mirth. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting interfaces that enable seamless data exchange between clinical and enterprise systems.

  • Design, develop, and implement complex healthcare interfaces using Corepoint, Mirth Connect, and Rhapsody. This includes creating and modifying interfaces to support new clinical workflows and business requirements.
  • Perform rigorous testing of interfaces to ensure data integrity, message routing accuracy, and system reliability. This involves unit testing, end-to-end testing, and collaboration with clinical and IT teams.
  • Monitor interface performance and provide timely support for production issues. Troubleshoot and resolve errors, message failures, and connectivity problems to minimize downtime.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all interfaces, including design specifications, data maps, and operational procedures.
Key Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in healthcare integration/interface development.

Strong knowledge of HL7 standards (v2.x, v3, FHIR, CCD).

Experience with various communication protocols such as SFTP, MLLP, and web services (SOAP/REST).

Hands-on expertise in at least one interface engine: Corepoint, Rhapsody, or Mirth.
