Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and scale secure, high-performance web applications in the travel domain.

  • Design scalable front-end systems with React.js and related frameworks.
  • Develop robust back-end services and APIs using Node.js (Express.js/Nest.js).
  • Integrate external travel APIs and real-time data feeds.
  • Plan and optimize relational and NoSQL databases for improved performance.
  • Implement caching strategies and apply performance enhancements.
  • Ensure application security and integrity.
  • Write comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.

Key Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in React.js with hooks, context API, and modular UI.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, and responsive design.
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js or Nest.js; REST API design knowledge a plus.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and third-party API integrations.
  • Database expertise: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, with ORM/query builders.
  • Knowledge of caching, indexing, and query optimization techniques.
  • Understanding of data security, encryption, authentication flows, and PCI compliance.
  • Agile development experience, Git workflows, and code review practices.
