About Our Engineering Team:

We are seeking a skilled engineer who can lead the development of our company website and content-platform stack from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Next.js, React, and headless CMS integration. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and shipping new features in Next.js and React, as well as modeling and integrating dynamic content with a headless CMS.

Responsibilities include

  • Designing reusable UI components with a focus on performance, accessibility, and scalability
  • Collaborating with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality web pages
  • Setting up and optimizing server-side rendering, static site generation, and API routes in Next.js

Requirements include 3-5 years of professional web development experience with React and Next.js, demonstrable projects integrating a headless CMS into production sites, and strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and modern CSS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing web applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Staying current on Jamstack, edge rendering, and CMS tooling

Bonus points are awarded for prior work with PayloadCMS, multi-locale content models, or i18n routing, familiarity with edge functions, image optimisation pipelines, and Vercel KV/Postgres, experience securing web apps (OWASP, OAuth, JWT), and setting up automated tests (Playwright, Jest).
