A challenging role requiring a Chartered Accountant with experience in transactional services, financial analysis, or auditing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial due diligence engagements and identify critical issues.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and review sections compiled by junior team members.
  • Manage smaller projects independently or assist on larger ones under senior supervision.
  • Establish credibility with clients and represent the company in deal discussions.
  • Maintain professional networks for future business opportunities.
  • Support proposals, business development, and practice growth initiatives.
  • Manage, mentor, and provide feedback to junior staff.
  • Ensure compliance documentation is completed as per firm standards.
  • Contribute to team morale and a collaborative work environment.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant.
  • Experience: 5-8 years in transactional services/financial analysis/auditing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, tight deadlines, and client demands.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; IFRS knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and engage with clients.
