Job Title: Strategic Process Innovation Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to drive operational excellence initiatives across the Financial and Accounting (F&A) process, encompassing Revenue-to-Receipts (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in Business Transformation, with expertise in process optimization, change management, stakeholder engagement, and Six Sigma methodologies.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end transformation projects across the F&A domain, ensuring seamless integration and efficient processes. This includes identifying process gaps and developing optimization strategies, partnering with business leads and IT stakeholders to drive standardization, automation, and simplification of F&A processes, conducting detailed process mapping and gap analysis, and contributing to digital initiatives leveraging tools like SAP SuccessFactors, High Radius, or other cloud-based F&A platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage Transformation Projects: Oversee the execution of transformation projects across the F&A domain, ensuring seamless integration and efficient processes.
  • Identify Process Gaps and Develop Optimization Strategies: Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for process optimization.
  • Partner with Business Leads and IT Stakeholders: Collaborate with business leads and IT stakeholders to drive standardization, automation, and simplification of F&A processes.
  • Conduct Detailed Process Mapping and Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough process mapping, gap analysis, root cause identification, and define future-state processes.
  • Drive Digital Transformation: Leverage tools like SAP SuccessFactors, High Radius, or other cloud-based F&A platforms to drive digital transformation.
