Position Overview

This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless learning experience for students. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and passionate about quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to deliver high-quality products.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify defects early.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to troubleshoot issues and implement timely fixes.
  • Create and maintain test documentation to improve QA workflows and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct manual testing and build automated test suites to enhance release cycles.
  • Ensure usability, accessibility, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility to meet customer needs.
  • Track and report bugs using project management tools; manage testing cycles to optimize efficiency.
  • Contribute to QA process improvements and release management practices to drive business growth.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of QA experience in a product-based company.
  • Proficiency in test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr) and bug tracking systems (JIRA, Trello).
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Passion for product quality, continuous improvement, and lifelong learning.
