Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team. As a Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of multiple client accounts.
In this role, you'll drive performance through strategic campaign optimization while building strong client relationships. You will focus on serving eCommerce clients across various platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts, effectively communicating with clients.
- Ideate, manage and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Develop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations.
- Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze data insights (cost per click, click-through rate, cost per action, ROAS, lifetime value, conversion rate) to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets.
- 4+ years experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+
- Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising)
- Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behavior
- Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
