Enterprise Healthcare Partnerships Manager

Job Overview:

This role combines strategic thinking, relationship building, and operational excellence to drive growth in enterprise healthcare partnerships.

  • Manage end-to-end relationships with corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving engagement across health offerings.
  • Understand client needs and co-create customized health & wellness solutions to expand CNH's footprint within client organizations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services like doctor consultations, diagnostics, wellness camps, EAPs, and onsite clinics.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in key account management, corporate sales, or enterprise partnerships.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, health-tech, insurance, wellness, or B2B SaaS is highly desirable.
  • Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills across senior levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort with data analysis, reporting tools, and CRM software.
