Job Title:

Senior Content Strategist & Solutions Content Lead

We are seeking an accomplished content strategist to join our leadership team. This role requires a strategic thinker and high-caliber content professional capable of delivering impactful, research-driven content that aligns with our consulting philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that support client offerings and marketing objectives.
  • Create, edit, and optimize high-impact content for digital platforms, including web pages, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, infographics, press releases, and thought leadership articles.
  • Produce authoritative thought leadership pieces, ghostwritten articles for CXOs, and executive content that position the customer as industry pioneers.
  • Conceptualize and storyboard content for long-form articles, podcasts, corporate videos, webinars, and multimedia assets aligned with our automation focus.
  • Develop compelling marketing assets such as campaign landing pages, service portfolios, solution kits, brochures, and info-graphics to support lead generation and sales efforts.
  • Leverage industry data, market research, and emerging tech trends to produce credible, relevant, and future-ready content.
  • Integrate latest marketing automation tools, AI-driven content platforms, and analytics to produce high-quality content swiftly and efficiently.
  • Use SEO and analytics tools to track content engagement, optimize for discoverability, and measure impact.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timeliness, quality, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of senior content creation, strategy, and marketing experience, with a focus on technology and consulting content.
  • Demonstrable success in producing high-performance content that accelerates brand positioning and thought leadership.
  • Deep understanding of B2B landscapes across tech, retail, manufacturing, engineering, pharma, BFSI, and education.
  • Skilled in leveraging the latest content tools, AI, and automation platforms to produce rapid, high-quality content.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with experience ghostwriting for senior executives.
  • Ability to conceptualize multi-format content strategies that align with client goals and leverage emerging marketing technologies.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional approach to client-facing interactions.

Work Environment:

Based at Anantapur office, with limited WFH flexibility if required. (1 day week). Work schedule: Monday to Saturday.
