Job Title: Data Engineer
About the Role:- We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our data engineering efforts.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and implementing scalable data solutions using cloud-based platforms.
- Maintain architecture principles, guidelines, and standards for data warehousing and big data analytics.
- Design and implement data-driven solutions using cloud services such as Big Query, Bigtable, Cloud SQL, Dataproc, Data Flow, and Data Fusion.
- Develop high-quality software code in languages such as Java and Python.
- Work on solution development, intellectual property creation, client engagement, and requirement gathering.
- Advise clients on best-of-breed solutions and mentor junior data engineers.
- 9+ years of experience in data engineering with 5 years of relevant expertise.
- Strong skills in data warehousing, big data, data analytics, and cloud-based services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of massively parallel processing systems, database systems, ETL/ELT systems, and data flow computation.
- Google Professional Cloud Architect certification is highly valued.
