Identity Access Management Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing identity access management solutions. The professional will work closely with the organization to understand its needs and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and maintain IAM solutions that meet organizational requirements.
  • Configure Saviynt Connect and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Develop custom rules and workflows to support Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes.
System Integration:
  • Integrate Saviynt with HR systems, Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, ServiceNow and other enterprise applications using out-of-the-box and custom connectors.
Policy Development:
  • Develop and document IAM policies, procedures and standards that align with organizational goals.
Compliance and Security:
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Develop and enforce security policies related to identity and access management.
Access Reviews:
  • Implement periodic access reviews to ensure appropriate access levels.
  • Automate access review processes to streamline compliance checks.
Reporting and Support:
  • Generate reports on access review findings and actions taken.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.
Training and Experience:
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and IT staff on Saviynt functionalities.
  • Experience with other IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta or CyberArk is beneficial.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications/Bachelor of Computer Applications with 6-10 years of experience.
