Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Time Sports Content Editor to join our team at EssentiallySports. As a Content Editor, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality content for our readers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit and publish 25-30 articles daily in our in-house style.
  • Proofread articles to ensure no avoidable errors - grammatical or otherwise - remain and check for plagiarism before publication.
  • Research to ensure the veracity of facts and identify incorrect claims.
  • Publish articles in a timely fashion for priority news-based articles.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations in the allocated divisions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in proofreading and/or content editing.
  • Prior experience of leading a team of writers would be an additional plus.
