Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Butler at AccorHotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and comfort throughout their stay. Your key duties will include:

  1. Communicating with guests to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  2. Collaborating with the Housekeeping and Engineering teams to maintain the highest standards of villa cleanliness and maintenance.
  3. Coordinating with the Food and Beverage team to provide personalized dining experiences for our guests.
  4. Overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of villas to minimize disruptions to our guests.
  5. Providing guests with information on in-house facilities and making recommendations for outside activities.
  6. Handling flight confirmations, dinner reservations, and other guest itinerary arrangements.
  7. Assisting other departments as needed to ensure timely and professional service delivery.
  8. Working closely with the Food and Beverage team to ensure consistent service standards.
  9. Staying up-to-date with resort operations and maintaining accurate information for training and knowledge-sharing purposes.
  10. Performing any other duties as directed by your superior.

    General Responsibilities

    You will be responsible for:

    1. Maintaining high scores on guest satisfaction at all times.
    2. Developing and implementing standards related to SOP and LQA.
    3. Scheduling and conducting regular inspections of areas under your control.
    4. Ensuring all Front Office equipment is clean and in good working condition.
    5. Cooperating with the Purchasing department to source items and maintain adequate inventory.
    6. Controlling costs and minimizing property damage.
