Job Title: Senior Butler

Accor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Butler to join our team at our luxury resort. As a Senior Butler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of perfect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate and assist guests from reservation to departure, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service at every stage of their stay.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping and Engineering teams to ensure villas are immaculate and prepared for guest arrival.
  • Communicate daily with Housekeeping and Food and Beverage teams to meet the needs of current and arriving guests.
  • Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of villas to minimize guest disturbance.
  • Promote in-house facilities to guests and provide recommendations for outside activities.
  • Handle flight confirmations, dinner reservations, and tour arrangements for guests.
  • Assist other departments as needed to ensure timely and professional guest service.
  • Work closely with Food and Beverage teams to ensure consistent service and cater to guest preferences.
  • Stay informed about resort activities and events to provide guests with the best possible experience.
  • Assist with training and development of other departments as required.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by management.
General Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction scores at all times.
  • Develop and implement standards for SOPs and LQA.
  • Schedule and conduct regular inspections of areas under your control.
  • Ensure Front Office equipment is in good working condition and follow up on repairs and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing to source items, substitutes, and ensure best quality and value for money.
  • Control costs by minimizing property damage and maintaining adequate inventory.
Hotel Safety and Security:
  • Ensure fire equipment in Front Office is in proper working condition.
  • Participate in regular fire drills with the security department.
Qualifications:

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality.
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Front Office.
  • Butler knowledge is essential.
  • Knowledge of local regulations related to Hotel Operation is a must.

Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of hotel property management systems.
  • Good communication skills, capable of functioning well under stress and during emergencies.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
