About the Role:

We are seeking an Automobile Service Professional to provide exceptional customer service, receive customers with a smile and greet them with politeness, courtesy, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify service requests made by customers, capturing their Voice of Customer (VOC) and updating it in the system.
  • Develop conversational skills for telephonic and face-to-face discussions.
  • Keep customers informed about repair updates.
  • Analyse and diagnose scooters to identify the number and type of repairs required.
  • Update diagnosis reports in the Workshop Management System (WMS).
  • Perform repairs and final inspections on vehicles if desired repairs are completed.
  • Track customer complaints in Zendesk and update the system in real-time.
  • Operate the WMS and ensure 100% adherence.
  • Update operational status and ETA in both CRM and WMS systems.
  • Check scooter health in Telematics Command Centre for deep diagnosis.
  • Be fully equipped with knowledge on OLA Scooter and able to repair/replace all parts.
  • Stay updated on OLA technical curriculum and news bulletin on EV.
  • Adhere to processes at Experience Centres and ensure bays are clearly marked for vehicles/scooters.
  • Invoice and collect payments.
  • Ensure bays are free from foreign materials and fit for serviceability.
  • Audit inventory and ensure system and physical inventory match.
  • Perform GRN and maintain inventory at Experience Centres.
  • Ensure warranty part reverse logistics to Mother workshops.
  • Wear uniform and protective gear while repairing scooters.
  • Use protective gear and handle tool kits properly while repairing scooters.
  • Ensure fire-fighting equipment is in place to handle fires.

  • Males only.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in the automobile industry in the service sector.
