Accounting Professional Wanted

We're seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

In this position, you will work closely with our US and India-based teams to deliver high-quality audit engagements, from planning to completion. Your expertise will be invaluable in leading the engagement team, supervising staff, and building strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in auditing, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience working with a U.S. accounting firm. They will also possess excellent leadership, training, and mentoring skills, as well as a strong command of the English language.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the engagement team on audit, review, or compilation engagements.
  • Providing supervision and support to engagement staff and promoting open communication with engagement managers and partners.
  • Collaborating with managers and partners on client issue resolution and making recommendations for legal, regulatory, and accounting issues that arise during audits.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification hands-on experience with a U.S. accounting firm.
  • Working towards Chartered Accountancy is preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards is required.
