RF Design Specialist

Job Description

As a highly skilled RF Design Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge RF hardware and system solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of RF components into our products.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Designing and characterizing RF components, including PLLs, LNAs, Mixers, PAs, Filters, Couplers, and switches.
  2. Managing power management components, such as LDOs and Buck converters.
  3. Creating schematics in OrCAD Capture and guiding PCB teams for RF PCB layout and routing.
  4. Applying knowledge of RF measurement techniques, including Harmonics, IP3, Noise Figure, Gain, P1dB, VSWR, etc.
  5. Operating lab equipment, such as Oscilloscopes, Spectrum analyzers, Vector network analyzers, Power meters, and Signal Generators.
  6. Experience with RF tools, including ADS, AWR, and HFSS.
  7. Designing RADAR subsystems and systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  1. Excellent understanding of RF hardware and system design principles.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in OrCAD Capture and other relevant design software.
