Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative AI models that drive business growth.

About the Role:
  • AI Model Design and Development: Create architectures, algorithms, and frameworks for generative AI, leveraging expertise in Azure document intelligence, Azure AI search, chunking, and embedding.
  • AI Model Implementation: Build and integrate AI models into existing systems and applications, utilizing tools like LangChain, Haystack, and prompt engineering.
  • Data Preprocessing and Analysis: Prepare data for use in AI models, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Model Testing and Deployment: Evaluate model performance, identify issues, and deploy them to production environments.
  • Model Monitoring and Optimization: Track model performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize models for better results.

Requirements:

  • Strong Programming Skills in Python: Experience with Python programming is essential for AI development.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs: Understand the principles behind these technologies and how to apply them effectively.
  • Experience with RAG Pipelines and Vector Databases: Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and vector databases is crucial for this role.
  • Familiarity with AI Frameworks and Libraries: Experience with frameworks like LangChain, Haystack, and open-source libraries is highly valued.
  • Understanding of Prompt Engineering and Tokenization: Optimize prompts and manage tokenization effectively.
  • Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and resolve problems efficiently.
