We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. They will also manage front desk operations, including checking in/out guests, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage front desk operations efficiently, ensuring seamless guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including hotel management software.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other languages an asset.
