
Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Order to Cash (OTC) Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of professionals in managing the entire order-to-cash process, from receipt of customer orders to final payment. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record in process improvement.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the OTC process to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall business performance.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess:
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience in a leadership role.
- End-to-end knowledge of the order-to-cash process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Salary range: ₹50,000 - ₹80,000 per month.
- Benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Other Information:
Working hours are flexible, but ideally between 4:30 PM and 2:30 AM. Knowledge of SAP and Concur is a plus. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is an asset.
