Design Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee and deliver interior design projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring timely project delivery with a high level of quality.
Our team collaborates closely with the design team, clients, and site teams to meet project goals effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of interior design projects
- Creating and managing project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards
- Identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials for project completion
- Resolving vendor-related issues and ensuring quality control
- Supervising on-site execution of projects, ensuring compliance with design plans and safety regulations
- Serving as the point of contact between clients, the design team, and contractors
- Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones
- Conducting final inspections to ensure project completion aligns with design specifications
- Ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects without compromising quality
Required Skills and Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.~3 to 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on interior design or construction projects, is also necessary.
