Accounting Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Professional to join our team. As an Accountant / Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and verification of Purchase & Sales Bills (matching with POs, invoices, supplementary bills).
  • Cash control, voucher preparation, and daily transaction entries in accounting books/ERP.
  • Creditors management and vendor payments via NEFT/RTGS.
  • Handling LC documentation and liaising with bankers for daily operations.
  • Preparation of monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
  • Salary & wages computation, maintaining Salary and Attendance Registers.
  • Monthly stock statements preparation for banks (Cash Credit facility).
  • Assistance in finalization of accounts (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
  • Drafting official letters related to accounts and statutory matters.
  • Preparation of MIS reports for management.

Statutory Compliances:

  • Income Tax: TDS computation & payment, e-filing of returns, issuing Form 16/16A, advance tax computation, ITR filing.
  • GST: Registration, amendments, challan generation, filing of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B, annual returns, refunds, audits, and E-Way bills.
  • PF & ESI: Monthly contributions, UAN generation, transfers/withdrawals, employee registration under PF/ESI.
  • Legacy Compliances: VAT/CST, Excise Duty – filing, reconciliations, and audit support.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum: B.Com (Accounting/Finance).
  • Preferred: M.Com or specialization in Finance/Accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Taxation, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems.

This role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational abilities.
