Project Costing Professional

We are seeking an experienced Project Costing Professional to join our team.

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs by interpreting architectural drawings, estimating costs, and preparing detailed Bills of Material. They will ensure project profitability by coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret drawings and prepare cost estimations
  • Use Revit/AutoCAD for planning and estimation
  • Liaise with vendors and manage procurement inquiries
  • Visit sites to understand challenges and validate costs
  • Track project progress and maintain updated pricing
  • Document best practices and ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in project costing/estimation (construction preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Revit, AutoCAD
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
  • BE in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or equivalent; MBA preferred
  • Willingness to travel as needed
