Cloud Storage Solutions Engineer

As a trusted advisor and technical expert on cloud architectures and integrations, you will serve as a key resource for both our internal teams and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert guidance to our Systems Integrations team for deploying our cloud platform with various storage backends
  • Collaborating closely with Engineering teams to inform design decisions and troubleshoot complex cloud-related issues
  • Advising our PreSales engineers during customer solution design, proof-of-concepts, and request-for-proposal responses on optimal cloud approaches

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Designing and documenting best practice architectures for integrating our cloud platform with diverse storage solutions
  • Guiding and supporting integrations with vendor-specific storage solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Participating in solution validation, lab testing, and reference architecture development

This role requires a strong understanding of cloud protocols and architectures, including Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, and S3. The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of hands-on experience across multiple technologies and vendors, with proven expertise in designing, integrating, and optimizing cloud solutions in complex enterprise environments.
