Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Store Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking printouts of MRP/DL stickers and affixing them on implant boxes upon import shipment arrival at HO.
  • Updating Surgery-Purchase Order Received Report, Pending Purchase Order File, and Consignment File Update.
  • Managing consignment details and instrument availability status.
  • Filing work, printing POs, and providing approvals.
  • Removing implants based on purchase orders received, creating delivery notes, and arranging dispatch.
  • Informing concerned ASM about no stock materials from POs immediately.
  • Conducting monthly stock takes and ad-hoc stock checks as required.
  • Following up with PlusMark and Nikhil for consignment materials and ensuring timely receipt at HO or case-by-case basis.
  • Providing courier details for material dispatch/pending on hold status to distributors.
  • Following up with courier PODs and amounts.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Tally software and other relevant tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in store management, inventory control, and customer service.
