**Purchase and Store Operations Manager**

We seek a skilled professional to manage purchase and store operations, ensuring timely availability of goods and supplies.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field, and at least 2 years of experience in purchasing and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing:
    • Source, evaluate, and select vendors based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities.
    • Issue purchase orders and track delivery schedules.
    • Negotiate terms and ensure timely procurement of required materials.
    • Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
  • Stores/Inventory:
    • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
    • Organize and maintain the store area for safe and efficient material handling.
    • Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to prevent shortages or excess.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software or manual logs.
    • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with records.
  • Coordination & Reporting:
    • Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements.
    • Prepare periodic reports on procurement status, stock movement, and inventory valuation.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and audit requirements.
