Key Project

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Psychologist to collaborate with a government hospital on a contractual, project-based role.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to clients.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment of project participants and ensure timely onboarding.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain accurate clinical and project data in line with ethical and confidentiality standards.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet milestones consistently.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project lead or team.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless project execution.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years of counselling experience is mandatory.
  • A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology or an equivalent qualification.
  • Prior clinical experience in therapy or counselling, preferably in an institutional or community setting.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.
  • The ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry, documentation, and reporting.
